CONTRACTOR
Annual energy expenditures in the State of Illinois are reported by the U.S. Department of Energy to have reached $30.1 billion. Commercial buildings consume over $5.2 billion of this. The vitality of small businesses in Illinois is affected by these costs. The Governor's Small Business $mart Energy Program seeks to help Illinois businesses to identify opportunities to save energy and money. When businesses construct or remodel facilities smart design can lead to reduced costs. These reduced costs can include initial facilities costs, but also life cycle costs.

The Smart Energy Pre-Qualified Service Provider List

The Smart Energy Project Team has compiled the Pre-Qualified Service Provider list for the primary purpose of providing information on qualified professionals whose services may be available for the planning, design, construction and operation of energy conservation measures in Illinois.

The List can be used to prepare an RFP distribution list or to select professionals to conduct studies, design systems, install equipment, or provide technical assistance. It does not promote any firm or individual on the List. This List was assembled from responses to RFQ-SBSE-0001 issued October 12, 2004, and continually reviewed thereafter, and is by no means all-inclusive.

If you are a Service Provider who would like to be added to this List, please complete the RFQ, fax it to 1-312-264-2379 or call (202) 558-6413 for more information.
